Pricing Questions
Questions your finance team will have.
One trigger event = one run, regardless of how many steps the agent executes as a result. A deal closing and triggering a 7-step workflow counts as 1 run. Failed runs (stopped by an error or escalation) also count as 1 run.
Overages are billed at $0.004 per run above your monthly limit. We notify you when you hit 80% of your run quota. If you're consistently over limit, we recommend upgrading to Custom — it's often cheaper at scale.
Annual billing on the Ops tier is $299/month (vs $349 monthly), saving approximately 14%. Annual billing is invoiced upfront for the full year. Custom tier pricing is negotiated individually.
Unlimited team members on all paid tiers. You're not paying per seat — you're paying for the agents and their run volume. Add everyone on your ops team who needs access to the escalation queue or audit log.
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Agents stop running at the end of your billing period. Your audit logs and agent definitions are available for export for 30 days after cancellation. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days.
