Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Jira, and any other tools the new hire needs. The agent applies role-based provisioning rules — a Sales hire gets CRM access, an engineer gets GitHub and CI/CD access — without anyone having to know which systems to provision.
The new hire's manager gets a Slack message with their start date, direct reports get a channel announcement, IT gets a provisioning confirmation, and HR gets a checklist completion status.
A Jira epic is created with the standard first-week tasks. Calendar blocks are created for manager intro, team welcome, and required training sessions. The new hire's calendar is populated before they arrive.
